What do we understand by Mental Health ?  When our mind cannot accept our outer environment as it is and we do not feel happy or positive about it that can cause mental stress . Our outer environment is very good but still we are not good enough within our mind and suffering , sometimes we misinterpretet things or anticipate a danger and become sad or anxious . The main problem , of mental stress that we could not accept or apreciate our outer environment or certain people or their behavior towards us . Weather the situation is perfect or good , or the person is right and wrong is irrelevant . Art can liberate . Art can make oneself think differently . When one person is creating a piece of art , he or she is completely , estranging from the surrounding and concentrating on that particular creation . No negative thought , No complains of mundane life at that moment is in the mind . Its just about the creation and creator . We are in this chaotic world , where all of us , has sorrows , disturbances within ourselves . But getting involved into playing musical instrument , singing ,dancing ,  painting ,writing , cooking etc - we can be in our own happy and content world , we created for ourselves . The story of sellers and I

There are flies ... there are dust on the roads .. carts ....vehicles .. big umbrellas to guard from the scorching sun . The sellers sitting on the road selling vegetables , sanitizer , mask , raw fish ,meat , plants to decorate houses , cereals and all the daily needs of the local people are served by them . We call it , in our native language - bazaar . The sellers serve us with all our very important needs of day to day life . What if there are no seller - can we exist ? No we cannot ... They are important to our lives . Have we ever thought - how they are in their lives ? What are there day to day struggle for their basic needs or survival . But they are very useful to our daily lives , they are working day and night for very little in return ( in monetary terms ) to serve us , but normally we do not give any time to think about their well being or basic rights or hygiene or education or betterment of standard of living .
