The Last Rites  My friend Ranjeeta Khan (my cute mentor ) distributing food ( after performing her last rights  of her mother, my aunty , who was very dear to me, I paid my last tribute to her   ) to under privileged children in kalighat  by her son Hrishit  .  We normally feed our relatives , but I think this can be also an alternative , or both ( feeding our near n dear ones and these children ) . I know this wont solve the problem of their lives , but can give them some moments of joy and happiness . Now someone can argue , what change can it bring to the society . May be one single person cannot bring a change , but yes if someone can make , others think  , that giving joy to the under privileged , or making some time to spend with them , or the other strata of societies , can collectively bring a good amount of change . Departure of Lord Khrishna #irony This is the irony of life ... Lord Krishna - the Karma Yogi ... Who directed the massive battle of Kurukshetra ... Died Alone amidst of forest when he was hiding on a tree , as the yadavas were killing each other for throne . A hunter , Jara mistakenly thought the feet of Lord Krishna was a bird , and threw his arrow to kill it . Lord Khrisha died without any dear ones , grandeur or glory around him , like a struggling ailing soul . The momentary glory may not have any significant in our life .. We may spent our life in despair , loneliness at times . Its for everyone . We should accept all the shades of life with equal serenity and calmness .

Attended an amazing webinar on north east tourism ,a week before which is now effected adversely for covid by tourism department of India . Their unique  silkworm cultivation of assam without killing the warm ,  brass utensil industry , amazing wildlife ( a special shelled tortoise to be mentioned )   , natural flora & fauna ( dawki lake is too beautiful ) , the old Hindu & Buddhist Architects (Baishnab Mandir , Shiv Mandir ) ,  Handicraft with special mentioned of a kind of hat with a huge circular rim around it made of straw ( native to north east India only ) are worth mentioning . The photo frame .. I painted . I took the broken wooden ply of my landlord's old furniture and myself turned them in photo frames . Religion Fundamentalism When we were born , we are put into a sect , we belong to a certain religion at the very moment when we were born . Then slowly as we grow up , we were told stories about heroes of our religion . Our mind were trained by the surrounding , from where we belong to believe , yes our religion is the best , ( whichever the religion may be ) . The trance that our religion is best , we start believing others are bad (whichever is the religion ) , although there are exception , but unfortunately , according to present situation , they are minority . We were not trained , ( generally) - "to put your toe in others shoe , to think from the others perspective " . We were normally not told " you are right , but others are also right in their own way " . We were not taught - things are not bad or good , things are just different . But I cooked it with love , care , time and patience and it turned out to be awesome . Not all Muslims are inhuman or terrorists.... There are innocent Muslims who are victims... But strategical steps should be taken to decrease extreme religious followers (eradication is a long drawn war). Defense should intervene strongly .. For short term or quick recovery of situation. But for a long drwan process eradication of poverty, eradication of extreme religious schools, establishment of secular educational system, development of economy, health, education in backward regions strict monitoring of funds for extreme religious activities are important multi dimensional steps. market  Shares or equity are risky, it's a threat to savings, it's bring uncertainty.. Is it true ? We should make strategies for earning long term profit from equity and explore its potential for making money. First suggestion a portfolio should be well diversified and one should invest in important industries of a nation, which are the pillars of nations economy and has much lesser chance to crumble down . Crimes and Criminals  Crimes.. For which one gets punishment. The punishment is confinement within a specified area called jail for a specified for a specified time or death sentence (which is less nowadays) If someone is released again he is ready for crime. So why we are putting him into confinement for a restricted time, to restrict him from crime for a specified time? Should the motive of our leaders be to change them as a positive persons who can contribute to the society in a better way. First we should analyze why there are crimes  some are criminals due to extreme deprivation from society, family, economical or other aspects of life. Some due to basic instinct from their genetic configuration  or their brain cells direct them towards crime , which a lay man will say that they choose to  be criminals. The earring The mall The consumerism   Today I visited a mall in my city kolkata. I am fond of earrings, I saw different earrings, I observed their style, their finishing, how they are structured, the components or metals they are made up of. I saw the pricing. When I analyzed the pricing of every earrings wether that's on the lower or on the higher side, my conclusion was all are overpriced comparing to the cost of production . People are buying these, but they could have bought that at much lesser price. Taking away as much as profit as possible, should this be the basis of good business or healthy compition. Business needs profit to survive but how much , what are  the parameters. A pair of earring which can be made at rupess 50 are sold at rupees 300. Who are getting maximum amount of profit, the owner, is the labour who worked for it getting its appropriate dues? Our earth is now an imbalanced, very imbalanced round body.
